• • ~ <br />Regular Meeting 2/22/73 continued <br />• <br />3. Motion by Comm. Kibodeaux, seconded by Comm. Minutes of <br />Boyle to approve the minutes of the previous previous meeting <br />meeting of February 5, 1973 as presented. approved <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />4. Motion by Comm.. Kibodeuax, seconded by Comm. Accounts payable <br />Sampson to approve the accounts payable as approved <br />presented, a copy of which is attached to <br />and made a part of these minutes. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Sampson and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />. + + + <br />5. Mr. Gordan D. Gary, Attorney representing Tyler's lawyer <br />James and Patricia Tyler, addressed the ask for permiss- <br />Commission in regards to the Tylers filing ion to sue city <br />a lawsuit against the City of La Porte for <br />failure on the citys part to enforce the <br />Auto Wrecker Ordinance, thereby violating <br />and endangering their right to operate a <br />business. Mr. Gary asked for an acknowledge- <br />ment of the Tylers request to sue the city. <br />Mayor Thomas informed Mr. Gary that he would <br />have to contact the City's Attorney, Mr. Askins <br />in regards to the request. <br />+ + + <br />6. Motion by Comm. Boyle, seconded by Comm. Employee rules, <br />Kibodeaux to adopt the revised employee as revised, <br />rules, a copy of which is attached to and approved. <br />• made a part of these minutes.
