D. Christensen, I. J. Kibodeaux, A. Uel Price and <br />C. D. Boyle. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMMISSION ABSENT: Mayor E. A. Thomas. <br />OTHER CITY OFFICIALS PRESENT: Larry Broussard, Director <br />of Finance; Virginia Cline, City Clerk; Knox Askins, <br />City Attorney and H. F. Freeman, Chief of Police. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pro-Tem Boyle. <br />+ + + <br />Invocation was offered by Comm. Price. <br /> <br />1. Mayor Pro-Tem Boyle asked if there was anyone <br />present wishing to submit bids for two (2) <br />dump trucks; one (1) garbage truck and two <br />(2) city cars, and there being none, declared <br />the bids closed. A copy of the bids as tabulated <br />is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion by Comm. Price, seconded by Comm. <br />Kibodeaux to accept the bids received for <br />tabulation. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux and <br />Price. <br />NAYS: None. <br />Bids recd <br />for dump <br />trucks, garbag= <br />truck and two <br />city cars. <br />Bids accepted <br />for tabulation <br />(Copy attached) <br />+ + + <br />
