APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 16, <br />1974; SPECIAL MEETING SEPTEMBER 25, 1974 - Motion by <br />Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Christensen to approve the minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of September 16, 1974 and the Special Meeting <br />of September 25, 1974, as presented. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />6. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner <br />Price, seconded by Commissioner Christensen to accept <br />and approve the accounts payable as listed; a copy of <br />which is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />• AYES: Commissioners Christensen, Kibodeaux, <br />Price, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />7. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - Mayor Thomas <br />asked i the meeting had been posted according to law. <br />The City Clerk affirmed. <br />Mayor Thomas welcomed all visitors and expressed his <br />appreciation for their presence and invited them back <br />at any time. Their presence indicated their interest <br />in the City government. <br />(A) Mr. J. R. Spradling, 3302 Valley Brook Drive - <br />Mr. Jimmy Spradling was recognized and stated that <br />he wished to speak on behalf of his Mother-In-Law, <br />Mrs. Ruth Shireman, 301 So. 2nd Street, firstly, and <br />himself secondly; regarding water bills and water rates. <br />• <br />
