VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION (Cont'd.) <br />After a lengthy discussion regarding the Grass Cutting <br />Ordinance and the possibility of the need for changes, <br />it was determined that this would be discussed at the <br />work shop of June 25. <br />B. MR. FRED WESTERGREN - 431 SO. THIRD STREET - <br />Mr. Westergren was recognized and addressed the Commission <br />regarding the possibility of obtaining City water and sewer <br />service for the new Chemlime location on Outlot 1, Nebraska <br />Syndicate. <br />After a brief discussion, it was determined that the City <br />Engineer would make a feasibility study for water and sewer <br />service. <br />Mayor Pro-Tem Kibodeaux welcomed the visitors and invited <br />them back with or without problems. <br />• <br />+ + + <br />8. CONSIDER ORDINANCE N0. 1019 VACATING, ABANDONING AND <br />CLOSING THE ALLEYS LYING WITHIN BLOCK 714 OF THE T. W. <br />LEE SUBDIVISION - It was determined that all papers <br />were in order and the check from Southern Pacific in the <br />amount of $2,520.00 had been received. <br />After the ordinance was read in full, motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Boyle to approve Ordinance <br />No. 1019 as read. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />CAPTION: AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING THE <br />ALLEYS LYING WITHIN BLOCK SEVEN HUNDRED FOURTEEN (714) OF <br />THE T.
