<br />• Regular Meeting 6/2/75 <br />7 <br />16. CONSIDER PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE - MC KEY CONSTRUCTION & <br />EQUIPMENT RENTALS, INC. - Motion by Commissioner Boyle, <br />seconded by Commissioner Cline to approve the estimate <br />No. 4 to Mc Key Construction & Equipment Rentals, Inc., <br />in the amount of $78,272,35 for construction of sanitary <br />sewer, South Side - Job No. 74-1132. A copy of which is <br />attached and made a part of these minutes. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />17. CONSIDER PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE - SINGER, LAYNE TEXAS DIVISION - <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner Boyle <br />to approve estimate No. 1 to Singer Layne Texas Division <br />in the amount of $83,749.50, for proposed water well No. 5. <br />A copy of which is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />• AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />18. CORRESPONDENCE - Mayor Pro-Tem Kibodeaux read a letter <br />dated May 17, 1975, from the Texas Department of Public <br />Safety commending the Police Department for excellent <br />work and assistance in recovering stolen property in <br />Huntsville. A copy of said letter is attached and made <br />a part of these minutes. <br />B. A letter was received from Washington, D. C., <br />informing the City of a grant award from the U. S. <br />Environmental Protection Agency for wastewater treatment <br />construction project in the amount of $60,750.00 making <br />an amended total of $95,250.00. A copy of said letter is <br />attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />+ + + <br /> <br />
