DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENT PROJECTS - Commissioner Cline <br />stated that there was a problem regarding the alley <br />behind Joe Mock, Jr.'s home, causing a drainage problem, <br />which adds to flooding. This will be discussed further <br />with the attorney during the executive session. <br />The Director of Public Works requested that an item <br />be placed on the Agenda for the next meeting for the <br />Commission to consider authorizing advertising for <br />bids for 16 - three yard and 16 - one and one-half yard <br />refuse containers. <br />There was a brief discussion regarding the Chemlime <br />Project on 16th Street in reference to water and sewer. <br />The Fire Chief informed the Commission that the new <br />utility Rescue Truck had been received with the Koenig <br />bed and winch. He invited everyone to stop by and see <br />the new unit. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />18. EXECUTIVE SESSION - V.A.T.S. - ARTICLE 6252-17, SECTION 2 (G) <br />Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner <br />Kibodeaux that the meeting recess for an executive session. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />The meeting recessed at 8:21 P.M. <br />The meeting reconvened at 9:21 P.M. <br />+ + + <br />19. SPECIAL CALLED BUDGET WORKSHOP - It was determined that a <br />special called Budget Workshop would be held July 27, 1975, <br />beginning at 9:00 A.M. The following Department Heads would <br />come at the following times: <br />Mr. Broussard 1:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Sease 2:00 P.M. <br />Chief Freeman 3:00 P.M. <br />Mr. Morton 4:00 P.M. <br />• <br />
