ACCEPT BIDS - THREE WALKIE TALKIES (CONT'D.) <br />3 <br />Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner Cline <br />that the bid be accept for tabulation. Motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING - NOVEMBER 3, 1975 - <br />Motion by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commissioner Cline <br />to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held November 3, <br />1975, as presented. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />6. APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner <br />Cline, seconded by Commissioner Boyle to approve the <br />accounts payable as presented. A copy is attached and <br />made a part of these minutes. Motion carried by the following <br />vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />7. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - Mayor Pro-Tem <br />Kibodeaux asked if the meeting had been posted according to <br />law? The City Clerk affirmed. <br />MR. J. R. SPRADLING - 3302 Valley Brook - was recognized and <br />addressed the Commission regarding the following items: <br />Possible problems within the sanitary and storm sewers; the <br />need for the City to work with the Fairmont Park Homes Association <br />regarding building permits and grass cutting; a problem with <br />• through trucks on Farrington Boulevard. A general discussion <br />followed. <br />
