ROY GRABBE - 3313 CAMPBELL - HOUSTON - Mr. Grabbe was <br />recognized and address the Commission about the possibility of <br />placing a mobile home, to live in temporarily, while building <br />a new home, on Grabbe property near the air port. This was <br />taken under advisement by the Commission. <br />D. ROZINA G. LONG - 331 No. 1ST. STREET - Ms. Long addressed <br />the Commission as Director of the North Side Civic Center. <br />There was a need for repairs to the building and grounds. <br />Ms. Long was informed that the City would do the maintenance <br />of the North Side Civic Center through the Public Works <br />Department Director. <br />• 8. CONSIDER APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE - ROGERS UNDERGROUND <br />UTILITIES - CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES - <br />16TH STREET - Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle that this item be tabled. Motion carried <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />9. CONSIDER APPROVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE - R. T. BISHOP - <br />CONSTRUCTION OF WATER MAIN - FARRINGTON & COLLINGSWOOD - <br />N THE AMOUNT OF 1`0,125.47 - Motion by Commissioner Boyle, <br />seconded by Commissioner Love to approve final pay estimate <br />to R. T. Bishop for the construction of water main and <br />Farrington & Collingswood in the amount of $10,125.47. A <br />copy is attached and made a part of these minutes. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Cline, and Boyle. <br />NAYS: None. <br />
