PUBLIC HEARING - PUBLIC LAW 92-500 - SANITARY SEWER (CONTINUED) <br />Mavor Meza administered the following oath: <br />"Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and <br />nothing but the truth?" <br />Mr. Corbin answered the aoth in the affirmative and proceeded <br />to review an Environmental Assessment and Facility Plan of the <br />proposed project. These documents were prepared for the City <br />of La Porte to meet the requirements of the Step 1 Federal Aid <br />Grant under Public Law 92-500. This Hearing Record is included <br />as a section of the Environmental Assessment and Facility Plan, <br />which represent the text of Mr. Corb.in's testimony. <br />After Mr. Corbin's testimony, comments and questions were <br />received from the following witnesses: <br />Mr. J. Busch, Jr., P.E. <br />1107 Fleetwood Drive <br />Baytown, Texas 77520 <br />Mayor Meza administered the same oath as previously quoted, and <br />all witnesses answered in the affirmative. <br />The text of the witnesses' statements is as follows: <br />Mr. Smith asked if Galveston Bay is now or will ever be <br />subject to strict discharge regulations as are now imposed <br />for the Clear Lake Watershed? <br />Mr. Corbin answered that Galveston Bay is not now but could <br />possibly sometime in the future be subject to similar discharge <br />limitations as are now imposed on Clear Lake. <br />C7 <br />
