EASEMENT - HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY - RECREATIONAL <br />FACILITIES AT FAIRMONT PARK - Motion by Commissioner Love, <br />seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux to authorize the Mayor <br />and City Clerk to sign an easement to Houston Lighting & <br />Power Company for the Recreational Facilities at Fairmont <br />Park. A copy of said easement is attached and made a part <br />of these minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />17. DISCUSSION OF DEPARTMENT PROJECTS - There was a brief discussion <br />regarding the Y" Street Project; the need for a special work <br />shop between the Commission and the Fire Department. <br />The Attorney informed the Commission that the Southern Pacific, <br />representative, Mr. Speer, had delivered numerous deeds and <br />title policies to him, for the City, for the Spencer Highway <br />Grade Separation Project. <br />18. EXECUTIVE SESSION - V.A.T.S. - ARTICLE 6252-17 - SECTION 2 (G) <br />(PERSONNEL) - Motion by Commissioner Love, seconded by Commissioner <br />Kibodeaux that the meeting recess for an executive session. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons <br />NAYS: None. <br />40 The meeting recessed at 7:30 P.M. <br />The meeting reconvened at 8:45 P.M. <br />
