CONSIDER REQUEST OF COASTAL TANK LINING, INC., TO OPERATE <br />PIPE AND TANK COATING BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF LA PORTE - <br />BLOCK 727 - After a brief discussion, motion by Commissioner <br />Tomerlin, seconded by Commissioner Kibodeaux to authorize the <br />the Attorney to prepare a Special Use Permit to allow Coastal <br />Tank Lining, Inc., to operate a pipe and tank coating business <br />on 18th Street, Block 727.
