CONSIDER P,PPROVING UTILITY EXTENSION AGREEMENT WITH FRANK MOHN, <br />HOUSTON, INC. - The City Administrator recommended the approval <br />of a utility extension agreement for Frank Mohn, Houston, Inc., <br />to extend an eight inch water line from Sixteenth Street west <br />on Avenue D for a distance of approximately five hundred feet. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, seconded by Commissioner <br />Tomerlin to approve the utility extension agreement with <br />Frank Mohn, Houston, Inc. A copy is attached and made a part <br />of these minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />7. CONSIDER APPROVING MUTUAL AID LAW ENFORCEMENT AGREEMENT - <br />A ter a rie iscussion regar ing t e mutua ai aw <br />enforcement agreement and the .fact that it had been being <br />considered by numerous municipalities for about two years, <br />motion by Commissioner Simons, seconded by Commissioner Cline <br />to approve the mutual aid law enforcement agreement. A copy <br />of the agreement is attached and made a part of these minutes. <br />Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Tomerlin, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />+ + + <br />8. CONSIDER APPROVING`PROPOSED ORDINANCE N0. 1145 - ORDINANCE <br />VACATING, ABANDONING P,ND CLOSING A PORTION OF''SOUTH OHIO <br />BETWEEN EAST "C" STREET P,ND~ EAST `"D""STREET - T is item was <br />tabled. <br />+ + + <br />• <br />9. ADDRESS COMMISSION REGARDING BOND ISSUE - MR.
