RATIFY APPROVAL OF MINUTE ORDER NO. 75527 - STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION N0. 79-4 CONTINUED - Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner Simons to ratify approval of Minute Order No. 75527 - State Department of Highways & Public Transportation and approving Resolution No. 79-4 approving same, with the understanding that Harris County will pay all costs. RATIFY AWARDING BID FOR ONE MOSQUITO FOGGER TO HOLIMAN EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,750.00 - Motion by Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner Tomerlin to ratify awarding the bid for one mosquito fogger to Holiman Equipment Company in the amount of $3,750.00, noting Holiman was not the lowest bid, but • the only bidder meeting the specifications.
