ACCEPT BIDS FOR $1,400,000.00 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, <br />SERIES 1979 - Mayor Meza asked if there was anyone wishing <br />to submit additional bids on the bond sale. There was no <br />one else. At 7:30 P.M., Mayor Meza declared the bidding closed. <br />David Fetzer, fiscal agent, was recognized to open the bids. <br />Mr. Fetzer stated that all bids would be on the standard bid <br />form and he would read only the pertinent numbers.
