Ms. Marvilla Jones asked about the number of residences <br />at the Green Oaks. It was determined that there were 86. <br />U. Mr. Charles Walker asked why the proposal was at large and <br />by districts? <br />The Attorney stated that balance between-district and at large <br />was that the majority of the Council would be voted on by everyone. <br />The present form of government would be changed to a City Manager <br />form of Government. <br />V. Mr. Bill Love asked if it was necessary to have any at <br />large positions. The answer was "no". <br />The question was asked if there was any consideration given <br />to how many people voted at Baker School. <br />The Attorney stated that that was illegal to do that. There <br />was. some discussion regarding sending in proposed districting <br />• for future growth. The Attorney stated that the law does not <br />allow you to district on proposed population. <br />The question was asked why are we going through .with a Charter <br />Revision now rather than in 1981 and what is the issue, why <br />are we changing the form of government? <br />W.
