CONSIDER APPROVING PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 1180 - ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK ELEVEN HUNDRED TWO (1102), IN THE TOWN OF LA PORTS, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS - It was determined that all the supporting information and checks had been received, fee value, $7,920.00, Mr. John Kiibler, Jr. After the proposed ordinance had been read in full, motion by • Commissioner Cline, seconded by Commissioner Simons to approve Ordinance No. 1180 as read. Motion carried by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. NAYS: None.
