F,}ection <br />The governing body of each of said cities shall appoint from among <br />the qualified voters of their respective cities, judges and clerks of said <br />elections, and such elections shall be conducted under the ordinances <br />of said cities, and in conformity ~i•ith the general ]arcs of this State. <br />All persons voting at such election in favor of consolidation shall have <br />»•ritten or printed on ihcir ballots the ~•, orris "For Consolidation," and <br />al] persons voting at such election not in favor of consolidation shall <br />have written or printed on their ballots the ~rords, "Against Consolida- <br />tion."
