~ ~ i ~ <br />ORDINANCE NO.~ <br />i <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE ALLEY <br />BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-ONE (171), IN THE TOWN OF LA PORTE, <br />HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block One Hundred Seventy-One <br />(171) of the Town of La Porte has never been opened or used as <br />a public thoroughfare, and the public utilities now making use <br />of such alley have all given their written consent for its <br />closing; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Porte has <br />determined and does hereby find, determine and declare that <br />the said alley is not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the <br />public as a public alley, and should be vacated, abandoned and <br />• permanently closed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br />Section 1. The alley located in Block One Hundred Seventy- <br />One (171) of the Town of La Porte, Harris CountyT Texas, is <br />hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City <br />of La Porte. <br />Section 2.
