Burleson: No, sir, it is not hazardous materials at all;
it is polymer resins. We anticipate one user taking the entire
first building; that one user storing polymer resins.
Mayor Meza: Do you have another rendering?
Mr. Burleson:
Yes. This shows elevation of the building.
Councilman Kibodeaux:
What is the height?
Mr. Burleson: It will be about 25 feet.
Mr. Askins:
Is it concrete tilt~up?
Mr. Burleson: Yes, it is.
Councilwoman Westergren: That is the front of it, that smaller
drawing, that would actually front on 146?
Mr. Burleson: Yes, sir.
Mayor Meza: Would you pass it and let the public view it?
Mayor Meza: I would like to hear from the public at this time.
I would like to have this input; this is a public hearing. T
would like to hear from those who have comments, either pro or
con. Can everybody hear? This is a public hearing and I would
like to hear the input from the public.
P+Ir. Ralph Mains, a resident of North 12th Street: This seems
• like a good project for that location, as there are no homes
in that area.
