Council considered a date, time and place to hold a Council Orientation. A motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak to hold the Council Orientation May 22 and 23, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the I. J. Kibodeaux Service Center. Second by Councilperson Graves. The motion was defeated, 3 ayes and 5 nays and 1 abstain. Ayes: Councilpersons Matuszak, Graves, Mayor Cline Nays: Councilpersons Malone, Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, 'aestergren Abstain: Councilperson Longley • A motion the City Retreat side the vote was was made by Councilperson Westergren to authorize Manager to locate a meeting place for the City Council end Orientation within a brief driving distance out- City. Second by Councilperson Longley. City Attorney Askins read: AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE BUILDING LOCATED ON LOTS 5-6, BLOCK 1, 2009 CRESCENT SHORES DRIVE, CRESCENT SHORES ADDITION, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, TO BE IN FACT A NUISANCE; ORDERING SUCH BUILDING CONDEMNED; FINDING THAT MRS. MICHAEL MONTALBANO IS THE RECORD OWNER OF SAID PROPERTY; ORDERING THE SAID OTn7NER TO ENTIRELY REMOVE OR TEAR DOWN SUCH BUILDING; ORDERING THE SAID OWNER TO COMMENCE SAID REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE; ORDERING THE FIRE CHIEF TO PLACE A NOTICE ON SAID
