Council considered a date, time and place to hold a Council <br />Orientation. <br />A motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak to hold the Council <br />Orientation May 22 and 23, beginning at 9:00 A.M. at the I. J. <br />Kibodeaux Service Center. Second by Councilperson Graves. The <br />motion was defeated, 3 ayes and 5 nays and 1 abstain. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Matuszak, Graves, Mayor Cline <br />Nays: Councilpersons Malone, Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, 'aestergren <br />Abstain: Councilperson Longley <br />• A motion <br />the City <br />Retreat <br />side the <br />vote was <br />was made by Councilperson Westergren to authorize <br />Manager to locate a meeting place for the City Council <br />end Orientation within a brief driving distance out- <br />City. City Attorney Askins read: AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE BUILDING <br />LOCATED ON LOTS 5-6, BLOCK 1, 2009 CRESCENT SHORES DRIVE, <br />CRESCENT SHORES ADDITION, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, TO BE IN FACT <br />A NUISANCE; ORDERING SUCH BUILDING CONDEMNED; FINDING THAT <br />MRS. MICHAEL MONTALBANO IS THE RECORD OWNER OF SAID PROPERTY; <br />ORDERING THE SAID OTn7NER TO ENTIRELY REMOVE OR TEAR DOWN SUCH <br />BUILDING; ORDERING THE SAID OWNER TO COMMENCE SAID REMOVAL OR <br />DEMOLITION WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS FROM THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS <br />ORDINANCE; ORDERING THE FIRE CHIEF TO PLACE A NOTICE ON SAID <br />
