Administrative Reports: City Manager Owen reported Bob Herrera has been gathering truck ordinances from all over the state for Council's review. Owen brought Council up to date on the computer study and the solid waste study. Councilperson Matuszak stated the Green Belt Committee would meet Thursday at 4:15 in the Conference Room at City Hall and that the proposed ordinance would. be ready for review by Council at the October 11 workshop. City Attorney Askins informed the Council he is preparing a calendar to be considered for the Annexation Committee. City Secretary Waters stated a first draft Solicitors Ordi- nance is in the hands of the two other committee members and • she is waiting for their critique before making a final draft of the proposed ordinance to be presented to Council.
