Truck Ordinance Committee - In Longley's absence, Skelton reported on workshop meeting held January 12. The meeting went very well and four.. (4) changes are to be brought. to Council Workshop on January 26. 2. Solicitor's Ordinance Committee - Malone reported the proposed ordinance has been submitted.. to the Attorney's office for his review before bringing. it to Council .Workshop. 3. Game Room Ordinance Committee - Pfeiffer.-reported the committee met January 13 to look at the hours set by • that ordinance. They have asked that the City Attorney review the legalaties of that ordinance. 4. Annexation Committee. - Matuszak reported the committee met.. January 10 and reviewed the legal steps for annexa- '-~Y---- tions. They are. at this time investigating the budget .:.;,~..~..,, ramifications of the total area of our E.T.J. 5. Sign Ordinance Committee - This committee has had no official meetings.. They have requested John Armstrong do an ordinance for their consideration. 15. Administrative Reports: -City Manager Owen asked ,for an executive session on a matter of land acquisition. Owen.. asked the Council to consider setting a special workshop for February 9, 1983. One item to be discussed is a review of proposals for .the data processing equipment. Owen ad- vised Council. that quarterly activity reports will be out within a week. 16. Council Action: Councilperson Graves requested speed-limit signs along the Fairmont Parkway construction. Graves requested an executive session on a personnel matter.
