Council Action: <br />15. <br />16. <br />Malone: Stated that Lomax can live with Sweet Pea's, but <br />would like the Building Inspector to advise any builders <br />on Underwood from now on that the people would highly <br />object to any other "Sweet Pea's" being placed out there <br />or any place that's going to serve alcoholic beverages. <br />Requested an executive session on a personnel matter. <br />Longley: Requested demolition of the sewer plant be put on <br />the April 27 workshop. <br />Matuszak: Thanked the people from his district for coming, <br />and invited them to the April 27 workshop. <br />Graves: Stated he hoped we got a good price for the tractors <br />we sold. <br />Gam: Thanked. the citizens for coming out. <br />Skelton: Thanked the three people from his district for at- <br />tending the meeting. <br />Westergren: Invited anyone wishing to ride in the Sylvan Beach <br />parade to give her a call, and assured everyone that it would <br />not rain that day. <br />Council adjourned into executive session at 8:30 P.M. Council <br />returned to the Council table at 9:25 P.M. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton <br />Linda Westergren as Mayor Pro-Tem. Seco <br />The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />to elect Councilperson <br />d by Councilperson Gay. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Malone, Longley, Matuszak, Graves, <br />Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren anal Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />There being no further business to be brought before .the Council, <br />the meeting was duly adjourned at 9:30 P.M. <br />Respectfully submitted: <br />Cherie Black <br />Assistant City Secretary <br />
