Second by Councilperson Matuszak. The motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Malone, Longley, Matuszak and Mayor Cline Nays: None 6. Council considered awarding an annual contract for PVC pipe, fittings, gate valves and fire hydrants. Motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak, second by Council- person Longley, to accept staff's recommendation and award the bid for PVC pipe to Rohan Com an in the amount of 6, 72; PVC fittings to Utility Supply in the amount o ,66 .55; cast iron fittings to Utilit Su ly in the amount of $17,305.75; gate valves to Utili~ Supp y in the amount of $12,059.59; fire hydrants to Utility Supply in the amount of $22,336.10; and dr granular chlorine to Golden Triangle in the amount of T.06 per pound. The motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Malone, Longley, Matuszak and Mayor Cline Nays: None 7. Council considered awarding a bid for flexible base. Motion was made by Councilperson Matuszak to award the bid for flexible base (crushed limestone) to Parker Brothers in the amount of $11.52 per ton delivered and $8.85 per ton picked u~. Second by Councilperson Malone. The motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Malone, Longley, Matuszak and Mayor Cline Nays: None 8. Council considered awarding a contract to prepare the Airport Master Plan. Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to award the contract for the Airport Master Plan to Coffman Associates, subject to grant approval by FAA, not to exceed 36,600.
