Mayor Cline called the public hearing on dangerous buildings <br />to order. Stout, Box 8012, Anchorage, Alaska <br /> <br />10529 North Avenue "p" <br />Outlot 381, Tract "C", La Porte <br />Gerald Chapman,10529 North "P", La Porte <br /> <br />Mayor Cline asked if there was anyone who wished to speak <br />in regards to any of these buildings. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald L. Chapman, representing Gerald Chapman, spoke <br />regarding 10529 North "P". He explained that he had been <br />in the City only a few weeks and that his brother had been <br />trying to demolish the remains of the house which had burned. <br />He has made arrangements for a front end loader, : !but was <br />delayed in getting it because of the hurricane. He asked <br />for an extension of at least 2 weeks in order to get the <br />debris cleared away. <br /> <br />Mr. Chapman was granted a 2-week extension. <br />
