Mayor Cline requested to hear the report from Turner Collie & <br />Braden on the Catlett Sewer Rehabilitation Project in execu- <br />tive session, due to pending litigation. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Westergren for an executive <br />session on item 11, report from Turner Collie & Braden on <br />the Catlett Sewer Rehabilitation Project. Second by Council- <br />person Skelton. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Gay, Skelton, Westergren, Malone, <br />Longley, Matuszak, Graves, Pfeiffer and Mayor Cline <br />Nays: None <br />12. Administrative Reports: <br />Director of Administrative Services Herrera. reported the <br />third quarter activity reports had been distributed. <br />He thanked Council for the annual employees' picnic. <br />13. Council Action: <br />Gam: Thanked citizens for coming out and. being a part of <br />the meeting . <br />Skelton:- Had received the activity report and .appreciates <br />that type of report because you can read it in just a few <br />minutes and know what's going on all over the City. It saves <br />driving many miles. <br />As a member of the TML resolutions committee, he will be in <br />that meeting Friday morning and will support the City of <br />Bellaire's resolution. <br />Appreciates the citizens who turned out - always happy to <br />have them. <br />Malone: Requested executive session on two personnel items. <br />Matuszak: Announced that October 25 will be Commissioner Jim <br />Fonteno Appreciation Day in La Porte, to publicly express the <br />City's appreciation for the fine things Mr. Fonteno has done <br />for our City. The festivities will be held between 11 and <br />1:00 at a place to be designated. The dedication of the sign <br />on the Fairmont Parkway esplanade will be held, and hopefully <br />a ribbon cutting. <br />
