Council considered approving the minutes of the special called meeting held April 11, 1984., i Motion was made. _b~ Councilper•; son Skelton to approve the minutes of the April 11 meeting as presented.- Second. by Councilperson Pfeiffer. The motion carried, 9 ayes, 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Pfeiffer, Gay, Skelton, Westergren, Malone, Longley, Matuszak, Gravers and Mayor Cline Nays: None 4. Council considered approving the minutes of the regular meeting held April 18, 1984. Motion was made by Councilperson Malone to approve the minutes of the April 18 meeting as presented.
