Mayor h9alone presented the Employee of the Quarter award to <br />Debra Wilmore, Code Enforcement Division. Debra was presented <br />a plaque by Councilperson Skelton. <br />6. Council considered appointing members to various boards and <br />commissions. <br />Motion was made by Counci~..person Skeltosto reappoint Bruce <br />Hammack_for District 2 and Janet G~v~s fo~,~strict 3, to <br />the Planning & Zoning Commission and to appoint Delbert Walker <br />as the Council representative on the Wrecker Committee. <br />Second by Councilperson Westergren. The motion carried, 7 <br />ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Walker, Lloyd, Waters, Pfeiffer, <br />Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Walker to table appointing <br />members to the Industrial Development Corporation and Health <br />Facilities Development Corporation to_the next meeting. <br />Second by Councilperson Lloyd. Council considered an agreement with Houston International <br />Seamen's Center, Harbour's Cut Branch, for use of a van. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to enarove <br />a reement with the Bar_bour's Cut Branch o tie International <br />Seamen's Center for use of a van for a period of two (2) <br />years. Second by Councilperson Lloyd.
