PATEL <br />IS THE RECORD OWNER OF SAID PROPERTY... <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Westergren to adopt Ordinance <br />146~ as read by the City Attorney. Second by Councilperson <br />Matuszak. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Walker, Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, Gay, <br />Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 1464 - AN ORDINANCE <br />DECLARING THE BUILDING LOCATED ON OUTLOT 63, LA PORTE OUTLOTS <br />TRACT, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, TO BE IN FACT A NUISANCE; <br />ORDERING SUCH BUILDING CONDEMNED; FINDING THAT KENNETH SCHICK <br />IS THE RECORD OWNER OF SAID PROPERTY... <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Councilperson Waters to adopt Ordinance <br />1464 as read by the City Attorney. Second by Councilperson <br />Skelton. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Walker, Matuszak, Waters, Pfeiffer, Gay, <br />Skelton, Westergren and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />9. Council considered an ordinance amending Chapter 26, Article <br />II, "Water, Sewers and Sewage Disposal," of the City of La <br />Porte Code of Ordinances. <br /> <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 1465 - AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 26, ARTICLE II, "WATER, SEWERS, AND SEWAGE <br />DISPOSAL," OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE; <br />ESTABLISHING A NEW RATE AND FEE STRUCTURE; FINDING COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />HEREOF. <br /> <br />After questions and discussion by Council, motion was made by <br />Councilperson Pfeiffer to table Ordinance 146S until further <br />clarification can be obtained. Second by Councilperson Gay. <br />The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays.
