"P"
St. It is bordered by existing pastures on the east and north.
The western property line abutts the Bayou Glen subdivision. There
is however, a large drainage ditch between the subdivision and the
main body of Mr. Knox's property. Mr. Knox's intention is to fence
the eastern side of the ditch line. This will leave a setback well
in excess of 25 ft. between the subdivision and all pasture area.

Finally, based on the approximately 12 acres involved, Section
10-302(10) will allow a maximum of 24 horses to be pastured on this
site.
