The motion carried, 9 ayes <br />and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, <br />Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />After discussion of item B, motion was made by Councilperson <br />Skelton to award item B as recommended by staff. Second by <br />Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Waters, Cooper, Matuszak, Porter, Shipp, <br />Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />18. Administrative Reports: City Manager Herrera asked Council to <br />keep their schedules as flexible as possible between October 3 <br />and October 7 for interviews with our economic development <br />planners. <br /> <br />19. Councilpersons Matuszak, Porter, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone brought items to Council's attention. <br /> <br />The City Manager indicated that there will be a financial <br />report on the golf course at the next Council meeting. He <br />also suggested that a workshop be held in the near future to <br />discuss "traffic problems." <br /> <br />20.
