Council considered a resolution setting aside funds for reconstruction of Hillridge Street bridge pending approval of Federal-Aid Off-System Bridge matching funds. The City Attorney read: RESOLUTION 88-16 - A RESOLUTION SETTING ASIDE FUNDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE HILLRIDGE STREET BRIDGE PENDING APPROVAL OF FEDERAL-AID OFF-SYSTEM BRIDGE MATCHING FUNDS; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. Motion was made bv Councilperson Matuszak to approve Resolution 88-16 as read by the Citv Attorney. Second by Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. Council considered a resolution accepting provisions of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation Commission Minute Order #87519. Motion was made by Councilperson Gay to accept the provisions of the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation Commission Minute Order #87S1Q. Second by Councilperson Clarke.
