Council considered an ordinance granting a pipe line permit to Enterprise Products. The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 915-BB - AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 18-A-3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 18-A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, DATED NOVEMBER 25, 1975, TO CONSTRUCT A 6-INCH PIPE LINE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF BUTANE/PROPANE MIXTURE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
