Council considered an ordinance appointing members to the La Porte Zoning Board of Adjustment. Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to table this Ordinance until the next Council meeting. Second by Councilperson Gay. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone Nays: None 13. Council considered an ordinance appointing members to the Fire Code Review Committee. Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to table this Ordinance until the next Council Meeting. Second by Councilperson McLaughlin. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone Nays: None 14. Council considered an ordinance appointing members to the La Porte Airport Advisory Board. Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to appoint Cliff Hyde to position 1: Larry Tucker to position 2: Deborah Rihn to position 3: and John Ladd to Position 6 on the Airuort Advisory Board and adopt Ordinance 1762. Second by Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone Nays: None 20. There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was duly adjourned at 9:34 P.M.
