(d) An approved safety device shall be installed at i.:~e base of each flammable liquid dispenser to adequately control flow of such liquids in event of accidental displacement of any dispensing, equipment and such safety device shall be maintained in proper working condition at all Cimes. In suction-type systems, the safety device may consist c,f an approved shear section or equivalent in the supply line. (e) Emergency power cut-off. A clearly identified and easily accessible swir~h(es) or a circuit breaker(s) shall he provided at a location remote from dispensing devices to shut off the power to all dispensing devices in the event of an emergency.
