Council considered ordinance amending rates at the Bay Forest <br />Golf Course. <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE NO. 1587-C, AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE 1587, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING USER FEES <br />AND RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF LA PORTE BAY FOREST <br />GOLF COURSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Cooper to adopt Ordinance <br />1587-C as read by the City Attorney. Second by Councilperson <br />McLaughlin. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLauglin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />il. Council considered an ordinance amending rates at the Sylvan <br />Beach Pavilion. <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE NO. 1783 - AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING A RENTAL FEE POLICY AND SCHEDULE FOR SYLVAN BEACH <br />PAVILION; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; <br />CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; CONTAINING A REPEALING <br />CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to adopt Ordinance <br />1783 as read by the City Attorney. Second by Councilperson <br />Gay. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />12. Council considered an ordinance declaring that it shall be <br />unlawful for any person to trap, hunt, shoot or attempt to <br />shoot or molest in any manner, any animal; providing that any <br />person violating the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in <br />a sum not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00). <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to table Ordinance <br />1784. Second by Councilperson Gay. The motion carried, 9 <br />ayes and 0 nays. <br />
