Council considered approving the minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting held November 11, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion was made bv Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />November 11th minutes as presented. Second by Councilperson <br />Thrower. Council considered approving the minutes of The Emergency <br />Called Meeting held November 13, 1991. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson McLauqhlin to approve the <br />November 13th minutes as presented. Second by Councilperson <br />Thrower. Consider approving minutes of the Special Called Meeting and <br />Workshop Meeting held November 18, 1991. <br /> <br />Note: Mayor Malone declared Councilperson Clarke's <br />abstaining vote as a vote on Items 6 rather than Item 5, <br />therefore Item 6 was not voted upon and will appear on the <br />next Regular Meeting to be held on January 13, 1992. <br /> <br />7. Employee of the Quarter for July, August and September 1991 <br />was presented to Kelly J. Penewitt, Aquatics/Special Events <br />Coordinator. <br /> <br />Tim O'Connor, Recreation Superintendent, informed Council of <br />Kelly's dedication to her work and her professionalism. Mr. <br />O'Connor stated he is proud of Kelly and she has earned the <br />recognition as "Employee of the Quarter". <br />
