The west end of the <br />facility is occupied by a carwash which was closed some time ago. <br />Mr. Mc Elveen, the property owner and business proprietor is <br />proposing to convert the carwash to use as a storage facility for <br />boats and recreational vehicles. <br />Zoning Ordinance Section 6-400, Commercial Table A lists <br />this activity as "Outdoor Storage as a Primary or Accessory Use" <br />and designates it as "Conditional" in General Commercial Zones: <br />Thus the need for a Special Conditional Use Permit. <br />The following standards and requirements apply to outside <br />storage in General Commercial Zones. <br />Setbacks• <br />Twenty (20) feet front; 10 feet rear; 5 feet side (3ection <br />6-500, Commercial Table B). <br />
