Council considered an ordinance approving and authorizing a <br />contract for concessions at Little Cedar Bayou Wave Pool. <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 1854 - AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LA <br />PORTE AND COUNTRY CLUB CATERING & 19TH HOLE, FOR CONCESSIONS <br />AT LITTLE CEDAR BAYOU WAVE POOL; MAKING VARIOUS FINDINGS AND <br />PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH <br />THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Gay to adopt Ordinance 1854 <br />as read by the City Attorney. Council considered a resolution fulfilling response to EPA <br />Administrative Order Docket No. VI-92-0123. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Porter to approve Resolution <br />92-06, fulfillinq response to EPA Administrative Order Docket <br />No. VI-92-0123. Second by Councilperson McLaughlin. Council considered a consent agenda, as follows: (A) Consider <br />awarding a bid for hydraulic rescue equipment; (B) Consider <br />awarding a bid for street materials; (C) Consider awarding a <br />bid for automated meter reading devices. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Sutherland to approve the <br />consent agenda as presented.
