Council considered a consent agenda, as follows: (A) Consider <br />awarding a bid for tires; (B) Consider awarding a bid for oils <br />and lubricants. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to approve the consent <br />actenda as presented. Second by Councilperson Porter. The <br />motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Thrower, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />10. Administrative Reports - John Joerns distributed proposed <br />budget workshop schedules. He also reported he had attended <br />PPG's Country Fair on Saturday. Discussion was held on time <br />of the budget workshop meetings; it was decided to begin the <br />Monday workshop meeting at 7:00 P.M. rather than at 6:00. <br />11. Councilpersons Cooper, Thrower, McLaughlin, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone brought items to Council's attention. <br />12. The scheduled executive session was not held. <br />13.
