Consent Agenda - Council considered awarding bids as follows: (A) Consider awarding annual contract for supply of fluids, oils and lubricants; (B) Consider awarding bid furnishing concrete pipe and related products. Councilperson Sutherland asked to discuss both (A) and (B). After discussion with Steve Gillett Council considered both items (A) and (B). Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to accept the Consent ~aenda as presented. Second by Councilperson McLaughlin. The motion carried, 7 ayes and 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, McLaughlin, Porter, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor Malone Nays: None 9. Administrative Reports: City Manager Bob Herrera thanked City Council for the Workshop on the item dealing with the "Family/Medical Leave" and also complimented Mr. Louis Rigby for his ability to answer the question asked by Council regarding this amendment. Mr. Herrera will be out of town Thursday, Friday and Saturday attending a board meeting for the Texas Municipal League Insurance Board. 10. Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, McLaughlin, Porter, Maxwell and Mayor Malone brought items before the Council. Councilperson Porter was congratulated by Council on his appointment to represent small cities on the Area Emission Reduction Credit Organization Board of Directors. il.
