Consider authorizing Director of Finance to amend various operating budgets. Finance Officer Linda Stubbs reviewed with Council. City Manager stated this will be a major savings to the accounting personnel and the auditors for year end closing. Consent Agenda - Council considered awarding bids as follows: (A) Consider awarding annual contract for meter testing to PSA, Inci (B) Consider awarding contract for automotive parts to Lindale for new parts, section one (1) , and to ASR for rebuilt electrical components, section two (2) (C) Consider awarding bid for air conditioning maintenance and repair contract to Bay Refrigeration (D) Consider awarding bid for renovation of the roof at Evelyn Kennedy Civic Center to continental Contractors. councilman Sutherland requested to pull items B and D for discussion. Director of Parks and Recreation Buddy Jacobs explained the roofing requirements for Item D. Director of Public Works Steve Gillett explained staff recommendations and process of parts delivery on item B. Motion was made bv Councilnerson Maxwell to annrove consent aaenda as nresented. Second by Councilperson Cooper. The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays.
