Consent Agenda - Council considered awarding bids as follows: <br /> (A) Consider awarding annual contract for meter testing to <br /> PSA, Inci (B) Consider awarding contract for automotive parts <br /> to Lindale for new parts, section one (1) , and to ASR for <br /> rebuilt electrical components, section two (2) (C) Consider <br /> awarding bid for air conditioning maintenance and repair <br /> contract to Bay Refrigeration (D) Consider awarding bid for <br /> renovation of the roof at Evelyn Kennedy Civic Center to <br /> continental Contractors. <br /> councilman Sutherland requested to pull items B and D for <br /> discussion. Director of Parks and Recreation Buddy Jacobs <br /> explained the roofing requirements for Item D. Director of <br /> Public Works Steve Gillett explained staff recommendations and <br /> process of parts delivery on item B. <br /> Motion was made bv Councilnerson Maxwell to annrove consent <br /> aaenda as nresented.
