Council considered an ordinance appointing a member to fill the unexpired term of Ronald R. Gragg, District 6, on the La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission to Expire May 30, 1996. City Attorney read: ORDINANCE NO. 94-1966 - AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A MEMBER TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF RONALD R. GRAGG, DISTRICT 6, ON THE LA PORTE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO EXPIRE MAY 30, 1996; CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
