Legal; Item B. Land Acquisition; and Agenda Item 9.A. <br />Resolution 95-03. Council returned to the table at 8:20 P.M. <br />No action was taken on Item A., Item B., or Item 9.A. <br />9.A. CONSIDER RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />FORWARD MAYOR NORMAN MALONE'S LETTER DATED FEBRUARY 24, <br />1995 TO GOVERNOR GEORGE W. BUSH AND OTHER RECIPIENTS, <br />AND REAFFIRMING THE CITY'S DESIRE TO WORK COOPERATIVELY <br />WITH HOUSTON CHEMICAL SERVICES (Res. 95-03) - R. T. <br />Herrera <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to approve Resolution <br />95- 03 as read by Mayor Malone. Second by Councilperson Gay. <br />The motion carried, 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons <br />McLaughlin, Gay, <br />Nays: None <br />14.
