Mr. Herrera stated, "The <br />arguments heard tonight are very compelling and City staff <br />enjoys a good challenge. We will work out what we can do <br />legally, report back to City Council if we can do something to <br />help out the neighborhood, and to alleviate some of their <br />fears." <br /> <br />13.
