CONSIDER AWARDING BID FOR ANNUAL SUPPLY OF FLEXIBLE BASE -CRUSHED LIMESTONE TO GULF COAST LIMESTONE - S. Gillett C. CONSIDER AWARDING BID FOR VEHICLES TO RON CRAFT CHEVROLET - B. Powell Motion was made by Councilperson Clarke to accept all three items on the Consent Agenda as presented. Second by Councilperson McLaughlin. The motion carried, 8 ayes, 0 nays. Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Maxwell, Clarke and Mayor Malone Nays: None 7. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS Assistant City Manager John Joerns had no administrative reports to bring before Council. 8. COUNCIL ACTION Councilpersons Sutherland, McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Clarke, and Mayor Malone brought items to Council's attention. 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION - PURSUANT TO PROVISION OF THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW, CHAPTER 551.071 THROUGH 551.076, AND 551.084, TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, - (CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY, DELIBERATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY, DELIBERATION REGARDING PROSPECTIVE GIFT OR DONATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, CONFERENCE WITH EMPLOYEES, DELIBERATION REGARDING SECURITY DEVICES, OR EXCLUDING A WITNESS DURING EXAMINATION OF ANOTHER WITNESS IN AN INVESTIGATION) There were no items to be considered at an executive session therefore, an executive session was not held. 10.
