~ ~ <br />• Section 9 defines garbage and trash that the city will not <br />collect, and includes dirt, concrete and the like, demolition <br />debris, trash and brush from vacant lots, hazardous <br />materials, and commercial trash, including multifamily. <br />• Section 14 requires containers to be located on private <br />property, outside of sight triangles. Additionally, it <br />removes the City and it's contractor from any maintenance <br />responsibility for driveways and parking lots damaged by <br />the collection truck. <br />• Section 16 requires the owner to remove accumulations <br />around containers, and dispose of in container or use city's <br />contractor for removal and disposal. <br />• Section 26 defines private haulers, and prohibits any firm, <br />other that the city's authorized contractor, from collecting <br />commercial and residential garbage and trash, or operating <br />a public recycling collection system. <br />• Section 29 increases the penalty for violation from $200 to <br />$2,000. <br />
