Council considered authorizing the Director of Finance to amend the various operating budgets for outstanding purchase orders. Accounting Manager Kathy Hutton presented summary and recommendation. She advised Council there are 40 outstanding purchase orders. Motion was made by Councilperson En~elken to authorize the Director of Finance to amend the various QperatinJ bud~ets for outstandin8 purchase orders. A second by Peter Griffiths. Consider awarding bid for the replacement of a trailer mounted sewer cleaner. B. Consider awarding bid for oils, fluids and lubricants. C. Consider awarding bid for ambulance. Motion was made by CouncUperson Clarke to vote on all consent aJenda items at once. Second by Councilperson Young. The motion carried unanimously. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS Assistant City Manager John Joerns asked Council if the would consider a letter of support for HGAC/MPO grant request for strategic planning of 1-69 corridor and for three grade separations on USS9/I-69. Council all agreed on this matter. In addition Mr. Joerns reminded Council of the following events: A. Volunteer Appreciation Banquet - December 16, 1998 B. Introduction of City Planner - Masood Malik C. Christmas Celebration Luncheon - December 18, 1998
