<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.
<br />
<br />Members of City Council Present: Councilpersons Guy Sutherland, Chuck Engelken,
<br />Howard Ebow, Peter Griffiths, Alton Porter, Charlie Young, Jerry Clarke and Mayor
<br />Norman Malone. Councilperson Deotis Gay arrived at 6: 17 PM.
<br />
<br />Members of Council Absent: None.
<br />
<br />Members of City Executive Staff and City Employees Present: City Manager Robert T.
<br />Herrera, Assistant City Manager John Joerns, Assistant City Manager Jeff Litchfield,
<br />City Attorney Knox Askins, City Secretary Martha Gillett, Director of Administrative
<br />Services Louis Rigby, Assistant Public Works Director Buddy Jacobs, Purchasing
<br />Manager Susan Kelley, Parks and Recreation Director Stephen Barr, Police Chief
<br />Bobby Powell, Assistant Finance Director Cynthia Alexander, Golf Pro Alex Osmond,
<br />Golf Course Superintendent Dennis Hlavaty.

<br />Others Present: Bill White, Buford Leonard, Larry Tracka, Colleen Hicks, Becky
<br />Fuller, Andrew Zuckero and Dwight Zuckero from Troop 915, and Stephen Boysen,
<br />Bruno Garcia, Michael Mosley, Freddie Palomarez, Anthony Alvarado, Natalie Mills,
<br />Vikki Hutto, Claire Kondas from the American Legion Boys and Girls State.

<br />2. Councilperson Jerry Clarke delivered the Invocation.
<br />
<br />3. Council considered approving the minutes of the Special Called Workshop Meeting on
<br />February 1, 1999.
<br />
<br />Motion was made bv Counciloerson Engelken to aoorove the minutes of the Soecial
<br />Called Workshop Meeting on Februarv 1. 1999 as presented. Second by Councilperson
<br />Ebow. The motion carried.
<br />
<br />Ayes: Sutherland, Engelken, Ebow, Griffiths, Porter, Young, Clarke and Mayor
<br />Malone.
<br />Nays: None
<br />Abstain: None.

<br />Bulldogs "Walk Of Pride" for Project Graduation.
