PAYMENT BOND <br /> <br />A cashier's check, certified check, of the bidder, or a prepared paYment bond, shall <br />be submitted at time of Contrad aWard. Amount of check or bond shall be one <br />hundred percent (100%) of total amount bid. The successful contrador will r~ive <br />his check or bond upon approved completion and acceptance of the job. <br /> <br />13. PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> <br />A cashier's check, certified check of the bidder, or a prepared perfonnance bond, <br />shall be submitted at time of contrad award.
